GoldenRoo Payment

The GoldenRoo Cashier combines card and cryptocurrency payments in one place. Australian-dollar accounts can be funded with Visa or Mastercard, while digital-asset users can choose from several currencies and blockchain networks.

The limits available for a particular account are shown before the player confirms the transaction.

No upper deposit amount is displayed for the supported cryptocurrencies. The applicable limit is confirmed in the Cashier before payment.

The maximum amounts in the withdrawal column apply to individual transactions. Monthly limits remain in force regardless of how many separate requests are submitted.

Making a Deposit

To add funds, open the Deposit section, select a payment option and enter an amount within the displayed range. Review the payment details before confirming the transaction.

Visa and Mastercard deposits are made in AUD. The card must belong to the person whose details are registered on the GoldenRoo account. The issuing bank must approve the payment before the funds can be credited.

Cryptocurrency deposits are added to the gaming balance in Australian dollars. The conversion takes place after GoldenRoo receives and confirms the transfer.

The available crypto networks are:

AssetAvailable networks
USDTTRC20, ERC20, BEP20, TON, Optimism, Solana, Polygon, AVAX C-Chain and Arbitrum
BTCBitcoin
ETHERC20 and Arbitrum
LTCLitecoin
SOLSolana and BEP20
USDCERC20, Polygon, Solana and BEP20
TRXTron
BNBBEP20

The selected network must match the network used to send the transaction. An ERC20 wallet address must only receive the supported ERC20 asset, while a TRC20 transfer must be sent to the TRC20 address displayed by GoldenRoo.

Transactions sent to the wrong address or through an incompatible network may not be recoverable.

Requesting a Withdrawal

Open the Withdrawal section of the Cashier, choose an available method and enter the amount. The payment details should be checked carefully before the request is submitted.

GoldenRoo normally sends funds back through the method used for the deposit. A card deposit is therefore usually returned to the same card, while a cryptocurrency withdrawal is sent to a wallet selected by the verified account holder.

A different method may be permitted when the original route is unavailable. GoldenRoo can require additional security checks before approving this type of request.

The Terms establish a general minimum withdrawal of €10 or the equivalent in the account currency. The Cashier also applies method-specific minimums, such as A$18 for cards, A$15 for USDT and USDC, and A$25 for Bitcoin and TRON.

An account holder closing an account can request the full available balance even when it is below the regular minimum.

Monthly Cashout Rules

Most verified accounts can withdraw up to €10,000 or the equivalent during one month.

A different limit applies when the available balance is at least ten times higher than the player’s total deposits. In that situation, withdrawals are limited to €5,000 or the equivalent per month.

For example, the Cashier may allow a cryptocurrency request of up to A$22,500 as a single transaction. That displayed transaction limit does not override the applicable monthly allowance.

Submitting several requests does not increase the monthly limit.

Costs and Account Turnover

GoldenRoo does not charge a withdrawal commission after the deposited amount has been wagered once in full.

A player depositing A$200 must therefore place eligible wagers totalling at least A$200 before withdrawing without this commission. The requirement concerns the total amount wagered, not the number of individual bets.

When the deposit has not been wagered once, GoldenRoo may deduct 8% from the withdrawal. The minimum deduction is €4 or the equivalent in the account currency.

GoldenRoo covers its own deposit transaction costs in most cases. A bank, card issuer, cryptocurrency exchange or blockchain may still charge its own fee. Currency conversion can also affect the amount received.

An unjustified payment reversal or chargeback can result in the recovery of the disputed deposit, cancellation of related winnings and an additional administrative charge of €50 or the equivalent.

Payment Verification

A withdrawal request may trigger an identity check. Verification can involve a government-issued identity document, recent proof of address, a selfie, confirmation of payment ownership or a verification call.

The account name, cardholder name and submitted documents must belong to the same person. GoldenRoo may pause payments until the requested checks have been completed.

Additional reviews may be carried out when a transaction appears unusual or when information connected with the account does not match the payment details.

Common Payment Questions

The card issuer may not have approved the transaction. Check the payment status and contact the issuing bank if the payment was declined or remains pending.
The transaction may still be waiting for blockchain confirmations. Check the wallet address, network and transaction identifier to confirm that the transfer was sent correctly.
GoldenRoo may need to verify the account, confirm payment ownership or complete a security review before releasing the funds.
Not always. It means GoldenRoo has released the payment. The card provider or blockchain network may still need time to complete delivery.
No. Limits, supported networks, exchange rates and available methods can change. The values displayed in the Cashier when the transaction is created are the values that apply.
